Winner: CM Punk via pinfall after a ref screwjob
Title: CM Punk retains
At the end of the match as Ryback was headed to hit the shellshock, the ref stopped him, and lowblowed Ryback, and held Ryback down for the pinfall, which ended the match. After the match however, Ryback got his revenge as he threw the referee into the side of the cell, and chased CM Punk up to the top of the cell, where Ryback hit CM Punk with the shellshock on top of the cell to finish out the ppv.
